This variety was introduced to us by our friends at The Buffalo Seed Co. It was created by a group of Kansas City Urban Farmers in 2016. The goal was to create a drought resistant, LOCAL vareity adapted to Kansas City. THis variety is great for corn meal and a fun variety to grow because its still developing and you may end up with one of the 4 varieties that make up its cross. Oaxacan Green, Missouri Pipe, Po'suwaegah blue or Hopi Pink.
