This fun specialty Gherkin (AKA- Cucamelon) has such a delicate but prolific vine that LOVES to climb! The tendrils wrap around anything they can get ahold of. These beautiful crunchy, sour cucumbers resemble a mini watermelon, hence its nick name - The Cucamelon. We eat these fresh right off the vine, put them in salads, or my favorite is to pickle them.
