After we seed or home grown tomatoes for seed, we grind our tomatoes and can most of it. What we don't can, we dehydrate and grind into tomato powder. Its a great way to preserve the beautiful fruit and adds an amazing tomato PUNCH to a variety of sauces and recipe's. We use it in our marinara and meat sauces, taco meat, salad dressings and much more.
